De locatie en tuin met zwembad zijn heel fijn. Ook is het personeel behulpzaam, gastvrij en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is werkelijk waar top!

Het geheel oogt wat verouderd en is aan vervanging toe. Dit valt op, want de prijzen liggen hoger dan bij andere accomodaties.

部屋が広くゆったりできた。設備は少し古いが清潔に保たれているので気にならない。ベランダもあり、街のごちゃごちゃした景色が大きな木で隠されており、非日常が演出されていた。

部屋の清掃可を示すのに、インドネシアでは常識と思われる部屋外のランプで知らせる方法を教えてもらってなかったので一日目は夜に帰ってから部屋を掃除してもらう。

Very good 5 star hotel at the city centre and close to the main attractions. The staff all are very friendly and dedicated to serve customers. Check in and check out process are very fast. We choose executive room and able to access lounge from morning to 10pm. The swimming pool is very cozy surrounded with traditional garden. The hotel really provide value for money service. The breakfast also serve very nice foods, i love local Indonesian foods. I will stay again for my next trip to Jogja.

Our experience in this hotel was excellent throughout our stay. All the staff are extremely attentive, professional and friendly. In particular, we'd like to recognise Upi at reception and also Valentina for looking after us so well! The hotel's location is perfect - only a few minutes walk from Malioboro St. Our room was very spacious for the three of us, contemporary design, spotless and had a gorgeous view of the pool. The pool area is spacious and we loved the lagoon design of the pool. Make sure you take advantage of the free professional photo session too 😊. The Level Lounge was a fantastic experience - we loved sampling all the food (and cocktails of course)! 5 stars for us, thank you for making our holiday memorable!

Il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile. La location è centrale e ben curata. La colazione è molto buona. La spa è accogliente e il personale preparato. Salma mi ha fatto un fantastico massaggio.La camera era spaziosa e il letto super comodo.

La vasca. Era datata, piccola e il doccione non aveva molta potenza per cui uno poteva fare la doccia stando appiccicato alla parete. Sarebbe da sostituire con qualcosa di più moderno, magari una doccia.

Chambres spacieuses et lits très confortables. Personnel adorable et efficace. Très bel environnement avec beaux jardins et jolie piscine 🙂 Nous avons pu profiter d'un buffet barbecue avec beaucoup de choix le vendredi soir et avons fait une belle session photo en costumes traditionnels avant notre départ.
