The Staff appears to be mad all the time and are rude with the guests

The staff were very accommodating and put on a good show!

This place is so funny to go with you family, but are some bad things in this hotel, like there are many scales for went to the room or the pool was so salad like the sea so this is a point to highlight for the hotel. Apart from that there are very good things like the buffet because there are many types of food (each day a different one) and you can choose whatever you want, or something in my opinion that I like so much is that you can made a reservation in the italian restaurant to ate at night and the best is that it´s inside the hotel. Other thing to highlight for the hotel is the transportation, when I went to the hotel, the staff of the hotel gave to me a schedule with the time that the busses goes to the hotel for you to go to a place, for example you want to go to the beach of the hotel so in the schedule you can see the hour in which the bus pass for you. In a conclusion in the hotel there are so good things and so bad things. If you want to go to this hotel you must need to carry a hat and a sunscreen for the sun and if you think go to the turistic places you should bring glasses and fresh clothes

My parents stayed at this hotel and they were disappointed. While the hotel is an average ok, the food is well below average, the buffet serves the same food almost everyday and the fruits on display are just that, FOR DISPLAY ONLY. I don't think the owner has ever eaten in the hotel's buffet, if he or she does, either one will be in for a negative surprise. Costumer attention was ok but service was super slow. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le souci qu’on ait bien compris et que l’on soit satisfait, les infrastructures et la chambre qui vient d’être rénovée, le all inclusive bien pratique quand on ne parle pas l’espagnol, la plage et les piscines à disposition, etc. Bref, nous rentrons contents de notre séjour de 4 jours.

El personal de los buffets no tienen claro lo que están sirviendo, hace falta los labels de cada plato además de la explicación de los ingredientes. Hice alergia a mucha comida. Aún preguntando ellos no sabían que se había cocinado

Atención del personal, instalaciones, ubicación y comida

comida pésima, habitaciones feas, ropa de cama barata, almohadas como piedras, te tratan como si te estuvieran regalando los snacks, que son gaseosa, mantecada mini perros,queda muy lejos y el transporte que brindan no es bueno, demorado y en temporada alta se llena y tienes que esperar mas, demasiado caro para lo que es, en el club de campo te hacen comer obligado al frente de donde entregan la comida, no puedes ni llevarte las bebidas o el agua a donde estas sentado en la playa, las toallas rotas, escaleras por todo lado, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida o para adultos mayores, las cortinas mal colocadas, quedan espacios te ven desde afuera, todo un desastre, si estas acostumbrado a la comodidad o a la buena comida no te hospedes aquí, si quieres una buena piscina, no necesitas venir a San Andres, aqui uno tiene el mar perfecto, lo que necesita es una buena habitación y buena comida. ademas llegar y encontrar la habitacion sin arreglar, o sin toallas no es para nada agradable.

El almuerzo regular, mas transportes para el solar centro. Muy buena atención.
