"Terrible Receptionist – Never Coming Back Again"

On May 30th, there was a girl at the reception who was extremely fake and rude. We woke up and went downstairs with my group to get some coffee, and she arrogantly told us — without even looking at me — that the machines were supposedly broken and there was no coffee. What kind of hotel doesn’t even have coffee? She kept talking on the phone the whole time and clearly did not want to deal with us at all. We will never come back to your hotel again because of her! I will also tell all of my colleagues that this girl at the reception is awful with guests, rude, and hypocritical. She can literally ruin someone’s entire day. Please remove her from this position because she is completely unprofessional!
