Meget rummeligt værelse med god sofakrog. Vi havde fået et roligt værelse som bestilt. Fin udsigt over Bruxelles (8. etage).

Dobbeltsengen var en smule hård og buede ind mod midten. Morgenmaden er ikke sine EUR 28 værd.

Расположение, персонал . все было когда-то видимо на 5 звезд, но сейчас все уставшее и только на 3 звезды.

Встреча. Никто не помогает с багажом при заезде. Завтрак очень слабый. Нарезка, омлет, сосиски, овощи фрукты. Нет бассейна и сауны. Парковка 45 евро в сутки дополнительно. В ванной нет мыла у раковины, надо идти в душ, там наливать в руку гель для тела и затем в раковине мыть руки. В сливной бачке вода не после смыва не набирается. Надо быть сантехником, все изучить, потом послушать что с наливом. Пошаманить и может наберётся еще раз. Не совсем удобно. В общем 3 звезды.

One of my guests was made to pay for breakfast despite having booked and paid for breakfast in advance. On arrival the person on reception confirmed when handing the key without being asked that breakfast was included. On the day of departure the person on reception insisted that my guest had to pay for one breakfast. She did but when she told me about it on her return to London I was very upset I would like you to take this up with the hotel and have the money wrongly deducted to be retuned to my credit card

The building itself is gorgeous inside. The staff were lovely and we were able to leave our bags behind reception before check-in. We got a free upgrade on our room which was stunning. The room was so nice. Large windows with loads of sunlight. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet which was perfect. Had a tv, coffee machine, fridge. The bed was so comfortable and the linen was good quality

Everything was really brilliant. I would say they could probably upgrade the hair dryers in the rooms. The breakfast was also a bit pricey but there’s loads of gorgeous cafes nearby.
