Die Lage, der Autoparkplatz, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Zimmer mit Sicht aufs Meer. Das gut gelöste Zimmer Problem durch den Rezeptionisten Borja (vielen Dank nochmals). Sehr gutes Frühstück auf toller Terrasse.

Die Zimmer werden sehr spät gemacht. Das Essen aus dem oberen Restaurant Riva entspricht nicht dem Niveau eines Leading Hotels.

always a lovely breakfast and the attention to detail in the lounge and terrace area is amazing

too many corporate parties and functions during out stay, the first day there was a lunch party directly underneath our room, a party that night and on the last night another group who were loud and noisy in the bar area. We didn't like that the cube light on the balcony couldn't be turned off and went off automatically at 12pm. the light crept in and kept us awake, we were given eye masks but they were useless. We were also charged twice for some drinks at the bar and still waiting a response to our email.
