Me encantó lo espacioso del lugar, mucho verde para descansar, la cala y el mar y las vistas de las montañas. Los empleados todos muy amables y maravilloso el desayuno y el almuerzo en la terraza!

La habitación no era tan espaciosa como esperaba siendo que tenía una suite. Los pasillos color rojo no entendí pero nada para criticar sino para comentar

Outside facilities were stunning.

Some staff were exceptional but some were very rude. Pictures show lots of outdoor seating but a lot of them have to be paid for on top which I didn’t think was fair when there wasn’t enough sun loungers for all the guests and you already pay a lot of money to stay there! Breakfast selection wasn’t great.

De ongelooflijk vriendelijke, behulpzame en respectvolle manier waarop het personeel omgaat met de gasten.

Het enige wat mijnsinziens tegenviel was dat er door het verantwoordelijke personeel rondom het zwembad niet opgetreden werd tegen gasten die handdoeken op bedjes neerleggen en vervolgens uren later pas komen. Dat kan niet in een 5 * hotel, toch?!

Great location to the sea, plenty of sun beds, gardens were lovely, the restaurants were in a good location and tables were always available . The spa treatments we had were lovely. Staff were all amazing, I can honestly say there wasn’t one member of staff that we didn’t like, very well done here .

Honest feedback- The hotel is a little dated in places and could do with an upgrade. There really is an issue with getting taxis , the wait time is really annoying and if you use an Uber which we ended up doing it was a minimum of 40 Euros one way. This would stop us using the hotel as it really is an inconvenience- obviously it’s not your fault at all and the staff were very accommodating in trying to help. Others may not find this as bad but as we have friends on the island we go out to see them.
