I recently stayed at this hotel that truly exceeded expectations — from the rooftop views to the outstanding hospitality. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop space: panoramic views, comfortable seating, and a great atmosphere to unwind. What really made the experience special, though, was the service. Ainhoa, one of the members of staff, stood out for her charm, attentiveness, and professionalism. She brought genuine warmth to every interaction, making guests feel welcome and taken care of. It's rare to come across someone who can balance friendliness and efficiency so well — she was definitely a key part of what made our time there memorable. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers not just comfort and style, but also outstanding service with personality, this is the place.

Innside is a great hotel, located right on the beach and has two great pools one located for families at the bottom and another located at the rooftop which has a great DJ and drinks/bar. Breakfast is also so good, lots of choice and cooked to order eggs. I’ve stayed here three times now and would definitely come back again! Meliá is a good brand and you know what service you receive when booking with them. Shout out to Guillermo at the reception who has made our stay great and would always go above and beyond. Thanks Meliá team!

We had a brilliant stay at INSIDE Melia Ibiza Beach. Firstly, we liked the vibe of the hotel. There was a good mix of clientele - families and younger people , but no riff raff who made a scene. The breakfast selection was plentiful (cooked and continental options) and ran until 11am which was handy as we had a few late nights. The pool / beach area downstairs never felt too busy, there was no queueing for sunbeds. There always seemed to be sunbeds / tables available on the terrace. The room was of adequate size and was clean. However, what made our stay really special was Rooftop Nine. The adults only roof terrace had a DJ spinning tunes every day, a plunge pool and panoramic views of San Antonio Bay. Yes the drinks / snacks were not cheap but the whole atmosphere was awesome. It never felt too busy either, much like the rest of the hotel. We sat up there for hours taking in the views. All in all the setup at Inside Ibiza Beach is fantastic. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel is great, good location to the beach and rooftop is awesome. Guillermo on the desk was incredible, super helpful and gave us some tips on what to do in the area. Rate him 10/10

Further to my previous review, I have to address an issue concerning the value. Unfortunately, I came aware after my review that the charge for our pet was 50 euros per night. I find this too expensive. We had everything for him, so we did not use any pet bed, bowls, food, etc. I find this charge not justifiable and it frankly dissapointed us quite a deal. To present the hotel as pet friendly but then charge 50 euros per night for them, can be translated as a way to discourage to take them with you. In our case, we had to pay 300 euros. It is quite a lot for 6 days. It is a pity, as we will not consider a hotel with these charges as we take him everywhere with us. We have never been charged so much for our pet. I feel that it is important especially during the holiday period in which there are so many problems with pets being abandoned by their owners, leaving for holidays, to have a reasonable and more sensible cost policy, As otherwise, it is just a way of discouraging owners to take their pets with them. I raised the issue with the hotel and they answered politely, saying they will raise the issue with the relevant department, but for us it was clearly an unpleasant side of the holidays.

We take a day pass and our waitress Bea was be lovely. Will come back again, is a very nice place in San Antonio, have the most beautiful views ❤️

Nice clean and friendly hotel, great breakfast with a 11am cutoff time gave enough time to recover and drop on in. Would come again. Paula at the front desk did a splendid job too.
