Lovely clean hotel staff really friendly Breakfast had large selection and poolside food is enough to share between 2. And decent quality too. Water taxi right on the beach to take you to the strip but in all honesty it’s not a bad walk we made it in 20mins Downside is pricing. Very inconsistent. 14 euro for 2 sprites by the pool during the day. Then only 80c a can at the food truck from 7pm and then 13 euro for a wine and sprite on the rooftop after 8pm (no under 18’s til this time) Was told we couldn’t have our own drinking water by the pool despite there being no signage round the pool area. Also had the cleaner trying to chuck us out of the room a day early even tried to take our room key. Eventually gave up and left us alone no harm done

We chose this hotel as like the Melia brand and my son and gf wanted to be near the nightlife. - room was nice, great view. The rooms are only basic but clean. We had a loft sea view. The toiletries werent brilliant but adequate. - rooftop pool lovely, we booked the bali beds on 3 of our 4 days there. €150 each but €100 to spend on food and drinks. Worth every penny as the pools get busy. Plus the bali beds have umberellas, none of the other sunbeds up there do. DJ on all day, great vibe, great cocktails and lovely staff. - lower pool, very crowded. We hired a bali bed here too. €100 each with €80 to spend on food & drinks. The paella in Breeza bar by the pool was amazing! Direct access to the beach which gets busy, lots of lucky lucky men on there. - breakfast was ‘ok’ food often luke warm but a good choice. Plenty of room, we ate at 9am always quiet then. Staff all very friendly. - we ended up booking/using a concierge service as getting a taxi from the hotel was horrendous. One night we waited 2 hours so decided to use a concierge service instead more expensive but worth it. - we couldn’t keep our room on the last day as the hotel was full but managed to book a courtesy room. - reception staff all friendly

We stayed at Innside for our wedding, and so did our families. We had around 10 - 15 rooms. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the breakfast has loads on offer and a good range. You can go to the beach directly from the pool which is ideal. There is a rooftop pool and bar which is gorgeous. Food and drinks at the hotel was around €15 for a cocktail and €20 for a meal which is pretty standard for Ibiza and the food was really nice. We did have some issues with the AC in some of the rooms but the staff sorted it really quickly. In one of the rooms there was an issue with the shower and the water came out into the room but the manager offered a fair compensation. We were the bride and groom and the general manager Cristina Alejo was so lovely - we brought welcome bags and she had no issue putting them in the rooms. After the wedding we came back to a hand written card and some goodies which was such a nice touch. She was so lovely whenever we bumped into her, and made us feel special. She is an asset to the hotel. But the hotel itself is just amazing and defo would go back.

Stunning hotel with amazing views from the rooftop bar/pool. Loads of loungers available around the ground pool and right next to the beach. Buffet breakfast was stunning everyday, loads to choose from. Lovely rooms with comfy beds, air con and a balcony. Would highly recommend and def return

Absolutely LOVED this hotel, the roof top evening vibes is insane, with the best sun set views with DJ sets all afternoon. Breakfast had a good variety, hotel was clean and right on a good area of beach with some small bars and restaurants and also near the water taxi. Loved my stay here, the only thing for me not giving a 5 is that the aircon wasn't cold enough

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, right on the beach, which was great for peaceful morning and evening swims. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, an impressive spread with something for everyone, all fresh and delicious. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for a memorable trip, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here as part of a wedding party, the hotel is amazing! Staff are friendly, breakfast is great. The rooftop pool with the DJ was the highlight for us. Such a vibe. Everything was spotlessly clean. Fantastic stay, will definitely be returning.

Breath taking. Amazing views, rooms, food, drinks. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding and so was the customer service. Anyone who thinks differently must be an arrogant Brit! The roof top was out of this world and the DJ was absolutely brilliant 🙌🏽

From check in through to departure the hotel was delightful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop bar the best around. We will definitely go back.

Very disappointing stay. We paid for an upgraded sea view room, only to end up staring directly at the hotel across from us. Not exactly the view we were promised. The room itself wasn’t particularly clean, and the air conditioning barely worked , which made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. They couldn’t accommodate us a late check-out, even though we had to wait until 4pm to check in. That kind of double standard doesn’t sit well, especially when the service already feels half-hearted. Wouldn’t stay here again — not worth the money or the hassle.
