Hotel was really chilled and relaxed. Not main stream tour operated hotels. Hotel funky Rooms cool and comfortable Staff really friendly and helpful Restaurant staff great Reception staff great Pool great On the beach; and next to the water boats to San Antonio (trip from the calm to the chaos) Really great experience. We will be back! And must come back!

Stayed for two nights and was extremely disappointed. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly — it wouldn’t go below 24 degrees, making the room unbearably hot and resulting in two sleepless nights. Despite multiple complaints to staff, I was told the aircon was “working fine” and was initially offered an “upgrade” as there were no rooms on our class available. Despite paying a lot of money on a luxury room, staff tried to charge us extra for an “upgrade” to another room where the aircon still barely worked. Eventually, we were moved to another room, but the same aircon issue persisted, and I had to repeatedly go down to reception as the room phones didn’t work. We spent our anniversary sweating, complaining, and moving rooms instead of enjoying our trip. The breakfast was nice, but overall this stay completely ruined the end of our holiday. Do not stay here if you want your room cold. We went through 3 different rooms and none of the rooms got cold at all.

We had an amazing experience here. It is a perfect place to stay in Ibiza. And thanks to Veronica, Victor, Joana, Andrea and Cristina for making our time even better. They were so nice and attentive.

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Daytime DJs around both pools were really good. Great food with lots of choice at breakfast.

Paid for SV Innside room but was a waste as we were given a room almost by the road. Could make out the sea if you stood on corner of balcony and reached over. Hotel said that was room we booked so we left it. Everything else we loved, the set up/breakfast/location/ staff .. the pool set up with towels etc . We even were given an Iron for the stay. The only massive downside that would put me off was the Air Con in the room was Terrible . And the prices at pool bars … 7eur for a Coke ! But happy hours on cocktails so wasn’t big issue Would stay again if air con was better .

This was my 2nd visit, our room was smaller than the first stay.. Also we were near the bins, so one night I had a horrendous night sleep, all i heard was wheelie bins/ trolleys being rolled around and trucks in and out.. Sadly I won't be staying here a 3rd time..

The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff at the reception. Clean rooms and I loved the balcony view. However, the service at the roof top bar was not very efficient. Some members of staff were rude. They would not acknowledge the customers presence. The lifts were slow and one seemed faulty.

What experience with Nerea! We need more attention like that!!! Thanks nerea one more time!!! So the next time I prefer some cocktails with No Alcohol!!!

Great high end hotel on San Antonio Bay, rooms a nice size and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast 10/10 something for everyone. Pools nice and clean, rooftop area very cool with food served all day, DJ’s on all day and breathtaking views of the bay. The guys around the pools never stop working hard. We would return thanks for the memories. X x
