INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza Beach

We were a group of friends travelling together for our 50th Birthday, I emailed ahead to make them aware and to request 2 rooms together. On arrival at the hotel there was no warm welcome or acknowledgment of our birthdays. Which was disappointing. We arrived early before check in and we were told to go to rooftop bar to wait, advised room will be ready between 2-3pm. At 3pm receptionist said our room was still not ready however after explaining our long wait she gave us another room. We did get our rooms together. Check in took quite a long time, we were asked to sign papers which were not explained to us. First impression of the hotel was very poor, disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of explanations. The lady did not really interact with us at all and was quite rude at times. Hence the 3 star review. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. We looked out on to the side street, so did not have a view or a sunny balcony. Initially I was disappointed with this however we did not spend much time in room. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice. Location was good, plenty taxis available and they came quickly when needed. Easy to get sunbeds together. Hotel was quiet at night apart from our last night (I was pleased to be leaving after this ) - next door a group of younger guests returned to hotel about 5am and banged doors, played loud music and chatted loudly outside our window. This continued till 8am.

Amazing hotel, beach service was excellent. Very clean hotel, food is great. Would recommend this hotel for delivering.

Lovely chill out day on the beach. Was well looked after by Josè, beach bed guy. We enjoyed the happy hour cocktails to, whichwent down a treat.

Reading through some of the reviews on this place really surprises me as I could not find one fault with this Hotel at all. We have just returned from a 4 night stay celebrating our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. With us never being to Ibiza before we really did not know what to expect. From entering the hotel you are hit with a lovely scent, bright colours and amazing gorgeous décor. Warm, friendly staff who are really helpful from the get go. This is one busy reception but they have a smile and patience for everyone. Our room was on the second floor with a view of the street but this was ok as the room was for sleeping and getting ready, so the view we did not mind. It had everything we needed that's what mattered. The lifts are small and busy but we used the stairs as we where able and on second floor but if we had been higher i could see that being an issue for some. We spent our days on the roof terrace soaking up the sun and ordering 1 to many cocktails. The views up here are gorgeous and makes lying in the heat more bearable. Lovely attentive staff up here also. Everyone was very friendly and tried there best to engage even though English was not there first language. There's a DJ that comes on later in the day and he rally does play some good music and sets the mood for the day. If i could give one tip to guarantee a bed up here as there is less up here, take the lift or the stairs to the 5th floor and go through the door that takes you to the roof terrace, they open the door for 11am and usually this door first. This will hopefully guarantee you first pick of a bed. Breakfast is lovely with a good selection, i was unable to eat as i was hungover every morning but my Husband thoroughly enjoyed the food. Coffee and apple juice done the job for me. In the evening i would highly recommend going up to the terrace again for some pictures as the sky is gorgeous with a good view of the sunset. Very picturesque. On our return to the hotel every night there is a lovely cat called Valentina, she lies on the bench and she is adorable, the reception staff have food and if she isn't to full they will allow you to feed her. Im not a cat person at all but she was a gorgeous cat. We also got tattoos form the shop downstairs, they where reasonable and the man who done them was amazing and we where both very happy with the out come. The hotel is a bit far from the likes of the "strip" , west end etc and Taxis are a must but we always got one except the night we went to see Calvin Harris, it was very busy and id recommend going elsewhere for a taxi or you will be waiting a while. Id stay at Innside again and we are already looking to return 2026. Thank you for making our anniversary memorable.

It's nice to hear good news. Hopefully, this positive mood will last all day. Even though the weather is gloomy around, it's important to find joy in the little things. I liked the property, it’s very trendy and furnishings and style are excellent. I think there lacking in guest personalisation and customer service. Everyone seems very busy and preoccupied. They were aware of my son’s 21 birthday and no acknowledgement was made! Also the roof top pool was closed for one day whilst I was there and that was the main reason for booking it.

Great place and convenient, rooms are very comfortable with great space. Staff is very nice and respectful. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Loved the easy access to the beach. There are a lot of dinning options near the hotel and is easy to get to any place in the island.

Lovely service and great staff

My friend and I stayed here for a week on B&B. We booked the lowest level room an Innside room and had a bit of a seaview. Our room was very good, comfortable beds and the bathroom lovely however storage is an issue. Wardrobe is open plan and you can't hang full length dresses, 1 drawer each if I remember correctly. The bedside tables had an oval shelf and you couldn't get much in them. This room category doesn't have a kettle (glad I took my travel kettle with me!) and we had 2 bottles of fizzy water in the fridge for the whole week which we didn't like. Overall the room was a good size but I would definitely book a higher level room if I stayed at an INNSiDE again. Breakfast was amazing, there was everything you could need and more, beautifully laid out and always kept replenished. The outdoor terrace was lovely to enjoy breakfast at and being covered you're protected from the sun. We always found a table. The Bloody Mary at breakfast is a great idea and every hotel should have one! Loved the quirky decor of the Hotel. We used the Adult only rooftop pool most of the time and really enjoyed our time there. Service was very good from the bar and so were the Daquiris! Stunning views from there too. A DJ plays in the afternoons and there's often events on in the evenings. We ate there one evening and the food was good and reasonably priced. It is located right around the Bay to the main area of San An but it wasn't too much in a taxi and can walk it which we did a few times and walking distance along the beach path to O Beach. There's a few Bars and restaurants outside the Hotel and more a short walk away. We had a great stay here and if I got a fab rate again would definitely be back
