The front desk clerk at the time was extremely friendly.

I booked it online to receive my points. Checked box for pet friendly. She pulled up reservation, but did not look at “had pets” so assumed I was paying for room completely, because she didn’t ask. The owner demanded I come to front desk. Demanded $60 for pets. Like I tried to hide it. My dogs are service dogs and always let me know when they need to use bathroom. I bag all garbage up and place towels on floor. Basically they needed to sweep and change bedding wipe down tables. The owner said ,”room was disgusting, horrible” you name it and apparently it was in that room. My friend who came to help me, just paid so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. I wouldn’t have been so nice. But the owners/ managers was so rude I was shocked at how they treated me and cussed at me. I left a suitcase by the door I went out of and when I called , they all admitted that they seen it but thought I was coming back for it, even though I parked where employees park, obviously they all knew I left but instead of bringing in suitcase they “left it by “THE DUMPSTER” never would I stay at Sleep Inn in Cullman Alabama or recommend it.

Room was only OK. Toilet was loose and tipped every time you sat down. Beds were comfy and clean. Was expected due to the low price, which was fine since we were only sleeping there. The manager was very nice and helpful!

Place needed updating. Room was basic.
