"Beware If Staying Here"

Close to interstate.

We've stayed here a couple of times & this was by far the worst experience ever. Upon check in I paid for the room with a card, but was told it didn't go through according to their system. When I pulled up my bank account it clearly showed I was charged. Instead of giving the card back the front desk clerk proceeded to run the card 6 times. Luckily that account is only used for travel, so I couldn't be charged repeatedly. The manager/owner was home and the front desk clerk informed him what was going on. He refused to talk to us and told the front desk clerk he was in bed and not to disturb him. I ended up having to pay a 2nd time for a room and am now fighting the original charge. The room was dirty and the breakfast was absolutely horrible. We ended up having to grab breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Run far away from this hotel unless you prefer dirty rooms, an owner who doesn't care about their guests only money, nasty food, and being double charged. My family travels to this area a few times a year and they have definitely lost our business.

"Super Clean And Convenient Hotel"

Very clean hotel with Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, McDonald's, Denny's, KFC, Popeye's, Cracker Barrel, and Puckett's Restaurant all within a few feet. Also there's a Shell gas station right in front of the hotel. Situated midway between Huntsville and Birmingham, it's easy to visit the various attractions in both cities. Also Jamie the evening desk clerk was super helpful and polite.

That no one interrupted or bothered our room and my dog was fine in the room. Thank you.

Shower floor was absolutely terrifying to stand on. It was cracked in the center and made noise and movements when standing on it. Towels were very short and didn't wrap fully around our bodies to dry. Air conditioner made the room feel moist and skin dry, especially when sleeping

Located next to lots of shops and restaurants off the highway. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good but there were only 7-8 tables.
