I didn't like anything about this place.

Nothing. It was gross.

The room was filthy - stains on bed covers, stains on curtains, cigarette burns in the blankets, the towels were raggedy and falling apart, and the shower was so filthy. I refuse to take a shower in it. I stayed up all night worried that roaches would crawl over me in the middle of the night. Then at 4:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off for no reason. I literally left during that time. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, and the staff doesn’t give a damn .

What I didn't like is that I killed two roaches, the bed was very uncomfortable, the elevator didn't work half the time and I was on the third floor. The carpet in the hall need to be replaced immediately! I don't think I will be back!

We went to shelter from storm and they did allow us to check in a few hours early.

There was a musty odor and at first we couldn't even open the door to the room, had to have desk person come push it open. Shower was very dirty and also air conditioning unit as well . No smoke detector and the place was just rundown and outdated. Didn't even stay second night.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to get extra towels no pillows but that was okay. Room was very clean enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee in the lobby

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE STAY HERE!! I would rather sleep in my car where at least it’s clean. This hotel has roaches, bugs galore, dirty nasty everything, staff smoking marijuana at the front door, broken elevator, and I can go on and on and on. The manager even knocked on my door to ask to shower the morning we went to leave. When we first checked in, we were led to a room that was filled with bugs and dirt and a shower that had just been turned off that was black. We asked to be moved and given keys to a second room. Upon entering the second room, there was a couple laying in the bed. We were then given keys to a third room. That room did not have a door lock on it and blood all over the walls, doors, light switches, etc. We were then moved to a fourth room that was filled with bugs, pillows as black as the parking lot, dirty sheets, and bedding. We checked in just before 11 PM and it took them until after 4 AM to get us clean pillows and blankets. I would never recommend even allowing a dog to stay at this hotel. Honestly, it should be reported to the Board of Health and the center for disease control, and be shut down immediately!!

The overall BIG LITTLE SMALL midget manager was awful. Didn’t have any respect or know how to treat paying guest and was very petty messy and shouldn’t manage an ant bed let alone manage a hotel. I was seconds away.
