absolutely nothing!!

staff not dresses in uniform or name tags. front desk person had pants low riding below his butt. beds were rock hard. room was filthy. shower had mold everywhere and black scum ring around it. elevator wasn't working. guest fighting ambulance was there. noo e at front desk when arriving or when checking out. I had to ask for my receipt.

The location was perfect for where we wanted to be.

The room was not swept clean, and there were small ants coming from under the bed. Otherwise, the room was pretty good. The bedding was clean

I came here to check in to the hotel, but I waited for the front desk person for over 20 minutes. He came out drunk, gave me a key that doesn't fit the room, and now he doesn't want to help me do all this. I don't want to wait and deal with these problems anymore. I want to cancel this reservation and make a new one at another hotel right now. I hope you can help me.

The shampoo and conditioner smelt great!

The room beside us had their TV blaring the ENTIRE time we were there. It looked like someone had puked on the bathroom wall. The light in the shower was missing the cover & made a HORRIBLE buzzing noise the whole time it was on. The television was busted, so it had 2 lines right down the middle of the screen, making it impossible to watch. The floor had something slick all over it....my wife & I both nearly fell. There were no wet floor signs in the lobby, which was soaking wet. Then, the staff sprayed something all over it, making it even more slippery.

Restroom should have been CLEAN, WINDOWS SEAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN, MIRRORS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN THE DOOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED, IF IT LOCKS OR NEED BATTERY FOR $96 & A $50 DEPOSIT. THEY NEED TO REHIRE THEY STAFF !!!!! THE HALLWAY& STAIRCASE HAD AWFUL 😖 SMELL at check out thank you so sorry come again like no way in Hell over charge and have to stay in dirt come on why are you paying the workers for????????????????

Wasn't much of a BUFFET 2 TWI NKIES 1 CUPCAKE 1 BANANA FROOTLOOPS some stuff in the Minnie fridge barely juice 4 slice of bread 3 bagels..... My trip was not planned 😒 I will make sure I get my normal stay Inn Holiday Inn express $130 -200 per night is WORTH IT OR GET A CAMPER NEXT ON MY AGENDA
