Syracuse Inn and Suites

Toilet would only flush after two or three tries, Air Conditioner would not cool to the temperature set, found some bugs, when we entered the room, shower door would not close, shower head was corroded and appearance of mold and rust. Carpets throughout our room and hotel decades old and dirty, Mattress uncomfortable. Front desk not manned all the time. No quality breakfast, i.e. eggs sausage, yogurt, etc. Room service folks were good however and changed linen and towels and made bed.

Location was good for my plans. Bed was comfortable.

There was no hot water. Curtain didn't close all the way, I faced the parking lot and street light came thru the window. Breakfast selection is very limited. No decaf coffee and only powdered creamer.

Location was great for our trip; air conditioner/fan unit worked great; good value

Lack of general maintenance; old furniture covered, but stacked in driveway; stained grout and rust in the shower; woodwork chipped; breakfast was meager;
