Syracuse Inn and Suites

Very large king room, with lots of desk- and tabletop space. No problems with wi-fi. Good lighting, for working at desk and for reading in bed. Temperature control works OK, and not too noisy. No problems with noise, either from within the building or from outside. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too large and solid nor too thin and flimsy. I've stayed here several times before, and the place has never disappointed.

No complaints.

The room had roaches. A lot of them We could not stay there. We left and made sure there was no roaches in our luggage when we departed.

Did not staff

For some reason unknown to me, the staff weren’t at all friendly since the moment at came at the lobby… it’s something weird but I don’t feel welcome.

Wonderful stay

Bed was comfortable

Toilet flushed poorly. Bathroom light switch stopped working. Front desk attendant was not interactive. Had to call from phone at front desk to get assistance as no one was routinely at the desk. Multiple staff didn’t seem to speak or understand English. Remodeling was occurring.
