Sleep Inn Richmond North

We went to watch the Nascar race and it was a place to stay. The bed was comfortable. A/C comfort was so so. Room fridge didnt close, towel rack in the bathroom was loose and parking was tight.

Breakfast was good , room was clean , everyday new towels , front desk person was available till late hours around 11p.

I stayed in Room 211 and had a great experience overall. The breakfast offered each morning was quite good, fresh, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. While the room itself was a bit outdated in terms of décor, it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights of this location is the convenience. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a Walmart just down the street, which made it easy to grab anything I forgot to pack. Overall, this hotel delivered great value, comfort, and service. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place was ok to stay in. Smells like mildew but it’s not the linen on the beds and the floors aren’t carpet so I don’t know exactly what the smell was, and it didn’t have any roaches or critters and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Very dirty and the maids evidently don't check night stands

This was a day continuation after the check out- but same experience.

Everyone was very friendly and it was wonderful. My toddler was very excited and felt safe.

The location is busy and can be loud- but not disturbing. Obviously, room looks updated but there were some noticeable remodel issues. Overall it was wonderful, but the humidity- even with AC on -had the floors tacky.

The property was very convenient to my in town activities as well as to shopping and eating options nearby. While I did not like the fact that the air conditioning was not working properly in my room, they did come in and replace the entire unit while I was out between my first and second night stays, which speaks well for their maintenance staff! My daughter's room, however, had a stained shower stall that she and her roommates were disgusted at.
