"Won't be going back."

Breakfast at 6 AM was well stocked.

Sold out hotel was loud at night due to many guests with children. TV remote did not work, required front desk clerk to do a special procedure in the room with the remote. Phone in room inoperative. Outlets on desk lamps (2) shorted out/ not functional.

Nothing, it was hot and gross

Everything, staff was rude. Room was smelly and the floor was sticky. The ac didn't work in the bathroom and in the hallway.

"Nice but dangerous place."

It was clean breakfast was appropriate and well thought out.

The shower was very dangerous, slippery without any handles and the floor sloped, infact I slipped in it! Someone can die in it!
