SureStay by Best Western Roseburg

Hot breakfast was very good, small dining area but clean up staff was on top of their game!! Excellent stay! Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size to spread out.

Sofa pull out was too uncomfortable , even for the kids. Pool was being maintained/fixed for many hours one day, the staff was good about all the families with kids wanting to get in, but I do like if pools will be out of order on specific days, it’s listed on the website so you know ahead of time. (You can’t help if something isn’t working though:)

The room was large.

The floor had pet hair all over it. The lighting was very dim. The bathroom was not great. The handle on the shower fell off. The pool was too cold. The breakfast was lacking.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

We intended to go swimming both nights. However, the swimming pool water was freezing cold and the hot tub was barley warm. The water jets in the hot tub were shooting water straight up in the air like a volcano. So we checked out after one night. the person at the desk said she would "fix" the heat in the pool. We came back the second night to check the pool, it was still freezing cold so we went to a different hotel.

The staff was nice and easy to work with.. third party over charged me and sure stay helped me get it fixed

I didn't like the fact I booked my hotel through a third party. Third party double charged me

This room was quiet..beds comfortable. The staff was great. We will stay again.

Not much to not like. We were very. Comfortable.

Old and noisy.
