be careful with cancelations. reservation stated cancelling date, when I did, they did not reimburseme. I travel extensively and I don't appreicate these games.

Close to the lake and nice staff

Please change/fix the window. It can’t be completely close in room 107. I needed to use the hanger to close it and I saw some people glued it. (See picture)

"Never again!"

The floor was coming up in several places. The attendant at the desk was very unpleasant he appeared to be bother every time I asked a question. He never made eye contact. The sheets did not stay on the corner of the bed. The best in the room was the microwave and refrigerator.
