Smokey smell, good location, old & run down, temperamental toilet, refrigerator froze everything put into it, dirty light switches, we recommend bringing your own covers

Better value than most area places for game day weekend.

Older hotel but clean and thats all I needed for the weekend

Rooms need a upgrade,

For $ 140 a night, it’s a joke!

Very unclean

Nothing but the local n convenience to the convention. I booked through booking . Com app 3 months in advance for 2 double/queen beds room at the asking rate.

As soon as mgr asked for name, n I also gave him cf number he started to type. He kept typing making small conversation if just us two, any pets. 3 minutes later he said “Booking app has made a mistake” shook his head “I do not have your name or reservation, I do not have 2 beds or rate you show me. I only have 2 king beds in a suite for $$$”. Which would have been $89 more with fees n tax. I said “see this? You contracted with this company and it says here “guaranteed pricing”, so I’ll have to take the 2 kings IF that’s all you have but I will not pay more than the rate I agreed to 3 months ago when I accepted the terms and amount”. He kept saying it was their error n I politely said I understood but I neither worked for the motel nor the booking app. I suggested he reach out at that time to booking n id gladly explain n give my cf number either the 3 months ago n perhaps they’d reimburse him the loss? He said he couldn’t do that. So I asked to speak to the owner. All the while being polite and respectful but convincing not budgeting to agree to pay more. He said “owner is out of country”. I asked for the corporate number for the sign posted of well of the company and that when he FINALLY said “ I will take a loss (making me think he was the owner all along) and upgrade you got same price.” I thanked him and got our keys. It was not well kept. It was old musty rooms. NOT a suite by any means just a 2 king bed room. We travel 7-8 months out of the year. Sometimes for 3-4 weeks at a time. This seemed very suspicious and I’ve never had a problem with any booking from this app “that did not show up” upon registration or arrival. Beware travelers. Not worth the money or deserving of our business/money in my opinion. We’ve stayed in motels that were worth n in better shape the 1/4 price he charged for rooms!

For the price in this area, it was a great place to stay, almost 1/2 of other hotels that same weekend. Not sure about other times of the year when conventions may be in town. Overall I was happy with my stay.
