Americas Best Value Inn Athens

The location is with walking distance of a restaurant, a bagel and coffee shop. I had inadvertently booked a smoking room, and the staff were able to make the change to non smoking. The service is minimal but adequate.

Very disappointed. Doesn’t seem like the owner cares much for the property. Room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke, outlets were crooked, and the bathtub had dirt and leaves in it. Unfortunately I’d paid in advance so just lost the money as I stayed elsewhere.

Hot water didn’t work in shower. No mini fridge or microwave. They price gouge. Charged almost $700.00 for only 2 nights for a run down motel.

Overnight stay, 5 min walk to downtown area where there are plenty of great eating & drinking options

Location was ok but clerk was abrupt. Free breakfast was advertised but clerk said there was no breakfast and did not apologize that website was not accurate.

This place needs to be renovated! Ugly patched up hole, cigarette burns on everything. Definitely not worth what they charge!

Perfectly nestled into the downtown area just blocks from downtown.

How close it was to the Classic Center.

The room looked like it did not have anyone in it for years, dusty, stains on towels, cobb webs in the bathroom.
