Travelodge by Wyndham Great Bend

Room reserved unavailable. Electrical problem. Had to move to second floor inconvenience Short on trash cans. No top sheets

It needs to be up graded water needs to be hotter carpet needs to be clean breakfast needs so help...friendly staff need better locks in doors better furniture

We booked our room through Hotels.com. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and paid for that through the app. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they had no non-smoking rooms available. We were told that after they needed our card for incidentals. We decided at that point to look for another hotel. The next morning we were billed by Travelodge for our stay even though we did not stay. We contacted hotels.com and were immediately issued a refund through hotels.com. However we did not get an immediate refund from Travelodge. We had to call each and every day only to be dodged by the manager, Rick. We were told each day he would return our call and he never did. This went on for over a week. We finally got upset and told them we were going to call the BBB and they were going to issue us a refund but were actually billed AGAIN by Travelodge. We then had to call and hound the staff to issue a refund. We were given a refund several days later after many phone calls to Travelodge. This place is shady. I would recommend the Days Inn up the road before I would ever step foot in this establishment.

The first room i was directed to woukd not unlock the door. Inconvenient but could live it. The moved me to the other side of the building for the 2nd time and all was well...... i thought. I entered the room as the sun was setting to find the lightswitch did jot turn a light on. The tv had no signal. Rhe tojlet would not flush, i fixed it myself, the mixrowave had no place to bw plugged in and the sink faucet ran more water on the counter than in the basin. Terrible disappointment. I did not stay the night i left around midnight or so. I walked into the office the gentleman asked if i needed a Room i chuckled very slightly and said no i have no desire to stay here. He took my key and told me to drive safe, no care that i was not happy.

Grandma traveling with two grandkids. Had one room with a king size bed. When we arrived at the motel they had changed the room to a double. This turned out to be good since I ended up having three grandchildren with me. The room was very clean and neat. The children loved the waffles provided for breakfast. We had a wonderful time visiting family.

The hotel room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient for us also.

No television

They charged me twice for one night. The girl at the desk was cool tho and really nice and friendly but she was new and they weren’t finished training her but left her on her own.. room was clean. WiFi sucked.

It was okay close to stores, restaurants, downtown, overall nice place

The only positive was the bed. It was very supportive. The door to my room had a gap under it so large a rat could have walked right in. The curtains had holes in them. The carpet had brown.stains and holes. The toilet had hair on it as if it hadn't been cleaned. And I couldnt fall asleep until 3:30 am because of the noise of drivers street racing on the street the motel sits on.
