The hotel is located close to the city center, making it very convenient to get around. Everything was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

Water quality issue: The tap water in our room was brown. It might have been a temporary city-wide problem, but it was still quite inconvenient.

Excellent staff, helpful & friendly. Very clean!!! Good tv viewing options-cable feed or Roku! No issues at all with wifi. Good location with easy access from the highway and lots of free parking. Breakfast is 'light' but fresh and adequate. Will stay here again when in Drumheller!

As reported to 'manager' the bathtub surface is very slippery. Without a non slip mat or secured handrail, it was very precarious to shower! A slip and fall incident looking to happen!

A friendly helpful staff. One guest used a walker and the staff immediately found an easier room to access. A typical motel breakfast that was fresh and always supplied.

There was a plumbing problem that was quickly fixed. However the main problem was made by the joining business..

Location, location & location

Parking seemed small for the number of rooms. The continental breakfast didn’t start until 8am. There was a large gap at the bottom of the entrance door.
