The lady working the desk was amazing. There was issues checking in, but was sorted out.

Booked a room with 3 beds, upon opening the door we were hit with a musty odor. Walking around the room to find out the carpet was soaked in several spots. Had to walk to the front desk as our phone was not working in the room. The manager said he would meet me at the room to fix the issue, he claims all the rain has caused issues with the rooms. A box of carpet deodorizer later and a quick vacumn, we were unable to breath in the room. After airing it out for an hour I asked if we could be changed rooms. He finds 2 rooms to switch us to but they were 2 separate rooms with a double bed, which he claimed to be king rooms, no connecting doors. Not suitable for one adult and 2 minors. We were once again asked to wait and he came back to us with another room with 2 doubles. Not ideal with a parent and a 17 year old. Not much room for sleeping.

Breakfast eating area is outside on park benches under a lean to, not great when it’s cold and wet.

Staff were wonderful. Had a small issue with my booking and they were so helpful getting it sorted. Location is excellent - dinosaurs everywhere!

Location, cleanliness and staff. Pet rates were very decent, my dog is little and doesn’t shed. You wouldn’t even know he had been there.
