Dirty room and very bad smell
Room was clean, property was not. Continental breakfast was very limited. Paved areas were untidy; grass areas were unattended.
Room key was impossible to get to work. Room was dated. Seemed clean minus the bathroom. The shower head was corroded and bottom of tub was squishy. Beds were comfortable Tiny pillows. Only 3 pillows. One wash cloth and face cloth. When we woke up in the morning and my husband was using restroom a cockroach ran out across the floor. Will not be staying there again.
The plaster and scraps of wallpaper were peeling off of the walls. The shower drain was clogged and the tub/walls were not clean when I arrived, nor had the carpet been vacuumed. Various flies and other bugs had found their way into the room. The parking lot smelled of raw sewage (no exaggeration there). There was a hole in the bathroom floor. The fixtures in the bathroom were ready to break off of their wall mounts. Small children were running around screaming until after 9pm. So, yeah. Seedy place. Did not merit the $95 per night. A complete rip off.

Good for a low cost hotel, clean rooms, bathroom, was great for what it was
As passionate member of the “very worst motels” club, I’ve spent years searching for the best worst motels. Found it! Now, I can die happy. No customer service. Motel door meared with years of greasy hand-prints. The room smelled faintly of b.o. and oil, my feet, on the bathroom floor, when lifted, stuck ever so delightfully, the air conditioner only worked on high so I alternately baked and froze all night. Free breakfast was…corn chips with multiple misspelled signs directing one ton only eat in the filthy, trash-strewn breakfast area. I edged on a gag-reflex for so long I slept on top of the covers with my clothes on. If you're picky, and your other option is to sleep in your car, the car is the luxury option in this case. However, if you revel in stoic self-flagellated and grossing yourself out, this $160 experience is a five-star.
I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. However the property could use some renovation.
Bathroom door and front doors were not locking , felt unsafe, There was no dead bolt on the front door
It smelled disgusting, stains on the couch, and terrible water pressure for the shower. My room had a rat trap next to the fridge.
