Pathetic

Horrible place

I wish I could give less than one star. My reservation was cancelled Even though I called to confirm as I was in route. I was traveling with an elderly 85-year-old woman, a veteran and a two toddlers. I asked for the front desk person refused to rent me a room. I have never had such a horrible experience. However, everything happens for a reason because the place looked unsavory.

The place smelled very bad, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the lamps were horrible, definitely a place that I do not recommend, I had to buy detergents for myself to disinfect and clean the two rooms you enter, you get a bad impression of the place.

Worst Motel I’ve ever been to.

The room was wet, moldy, and mildewy. The toilet didn’t flush either. The shower was disgusting, ended up having to leave.

I checked in on a Wednesday night. It was sketch but whatever I paid had already booked it for 4 days and the bed was clean and that's all I thought I needed. I was wrong. I woke up the next morning and a mouse came out to greet me while I was on the toilet. Ok whatever this is Mass we invaded his home. I reported it on the broken phone that we could barely communicate through. His attitude was like yeah whatever. The next day I wake up start the shower and get in. Then I realize the previous tenants hair shavings are still plastered to the wall. Eww that's really gross but im already in here I'll just use extra soap. I walk down to the front desk and inform them and he assures me my room will be cleaned and I watch him add my room to the list. I get back that night and it hasn't been cleaned so I go and report that it hasn't been cleaned and they say there is nothing they can do as housekeeping is gone and when I asked for cleaning supplies she said she didn't have the key to the closet. I asked for a clean room and she said it was booked full. I walked past an empty room and went back to ask to see if that one was clean but she said it was a double and I said so? And then she said it was reserved. Sure. I asked for a discount at this point because I feel I've been more than enough understanding after spending $400 for 4 nights. She said she would talk to her manager I asked when he came in and she said Monday. I left early after I woke up with a mouse in my bed.

It was awful. We couldn't locate a place closer to family event, so we booked. Don't bother. The shower upper floor leaked into my family members room and got his suit wet hanging in the closet. There was a child in the room above mine who thought the floor was a trampoline and jumped on it for about 2 hours while i was trying to go to sleep. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned behind the door and there may have been a roach on the wall near the sink. Family members nonsmoking room reeked of smoke It is not a place I would recommend. Very unappealing right on highway and has semi-permanent guests. The so-called breakfast very un-appealing. We left and went to IHOP . Would like to be credited for at least one room where the closet was leaked upon by upstairs shower!
