Wasn’t clean at all, the heat didn’t work, and there was one pillow. Top it off there was a phone but there was no plug so I couldn’t even call the desk
Everything was broken and dirty. There were cigarette burn marks on bed and furniture even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room smelled like a mix of mold and cigarette smoke.
Tv didnt work . The pillows where very very small .like throw pillows . Bed had burn holes in it . And my key card stopped working 3 times .
I was disappointed in the physical aspects of my room- the lock was broken, tub had rust and leaked constantly, there wasn't a waste basket. It felt grubby but I didn't find dirt. The place could definitely use some upgrading. I did not feel comfortable there and left after one night. On the plus side the staff were accommodating and professional with ready smiles. I do not fault them in any way.

The staff friendly but there was a lot of noise from other guests, particularly from their kids running around and yelling.
Bring your own sheets!! We got the room with a pull out couch and they refused to give us any bedding for it. No fitted sheet for a nasty pull out bed and no blanket- buyers beware:( Overall the room was very sub par.
Pretty expensive for a dirty run down place.
The room was dirty & disgusting. Outdated and just plain gross. Hotels.com should rethink even having this hotel on there site!!!
