In the advertisement and booking confirmation of room , Microwave was mentioned but it was not available . I requested at the reception to provide me microwave but no action was made. we had to eat cold food in the night.
Lock was broken upon checkin. Swithed to another room which had a broken key pad and was told by the front desk to fix the broken lock and key pad the next day. Of course none of them happened. Very disappointed.

Did not feel safe in the area with a car parked near the office with flat tires used as storage and no deadbolt locks on the doors.
The room was pooly kept. Stains on bedcover. Tub looked unwashed. Bathroom wall had green stain. TV remote kept together with tape. Window curtain with hole. Poor plaster and paint jobs. The door viewer to outside was missing. Glad I brought my own blanket and pillow
there were no non smoking rooms available, the carpet was not clean, the bathtub had cigarette burns from resting them while on toilet,free breakfast was cold cereal,english muffins, and small muffins
Way too expensive for the very poor quality of the room. Had to put a $100 deposit down on the room they wouldn’t take cash for the room I had to put $300 on my credit card. We asked that someone replace the burned out light bulb and they didn’t change it. I will Never stay here again and I will not recommend this to anyone
We just needed a place to sleep as we were visiting in the area & thought this would fit the bill. The front desk staff were indifferent, the non-smoking room reeked of smoke to the point I felt nauseated, one lamp was in such disrepair it was a fire hazard, not enough towels provided for 2 people & the breakfast was abysmal. The bedding & bathroom were clean so out of convenience, we did stay. It appeared that some units may be in use to shelter those who do not have a residence.
i don't like anything in this place, the rooms stinks, carpet so dirty ,bathroom have a lot of mildew, blankets all burn was horrible never ever stayed here again
Room was in really poor condition the key card slip from previous stay was still on the desk the bathroom was dirty the tub full of hair the shampoo & conditioner were previously used just all around bad experience and not worth the over 100$ paid terrible
