There was no breakfast and the location is fine

I was charged an extra $21 and still havent been refunded

They have a washer and dryer for guest use 4$ for the washer 1$ for the dryer they work really good. Front desk sells food and drinks plus they have a vending machine that is always stocked.

I sleep like a baby.

No breakfast offered, office hours are strange, 10am -3am Had to ask for clean towels, air-conditioning unit not working properly

Attitude at signing in off, was asked to give clerk my pin number when I refused he reluctantly opened office door, after completing transaction clerk told me he could access account details anyway...

At the time I went, there was remodeling. Inside was not the prettiest, but it did it’s purpose… a bed for the night.

Ceiling leaked. Black mold in room. Unhealthy

I don’t stay out of town very often and this place is the reason why. Very unfriendly in the office. Wanted two times the price of the room for a deposit. I asked to not charge my card for the room when I got there and was treated very poorly.

I liked the location. Power did go out during my stay for a day. It was quiet and comfortable and the people were nice. Easy access to convenance stores.

It would have been a nice stay but I paid for a month and the hotel kept all monies and would not refund the two weeks that I couldn't stay. I went to the hotel to heal up from a total left hip replacement. The home health nurse released me in two weeks. I asked for a refund because I needed to go back home. I am on disability and the money they kept was the rest of my rent. Now I am behind in rent and I cannot get help to pay it through community action of OKC. I have no food or money for transportation. I would like compensation.

Location

Manager charged me a $100 security deposit assured me that it would be refunded upon my departure and I have checked my account now this early morning and have found that I'm still being charged the security deposit without any refund.
