The price is affordable and within my price range. Why do I have to pay so much in 5-star hotel when I can sleep like a baby in this hotel as well as in any 5-star hotel. Wilson US Army Disabled Veteran-E4.

The step is unsafe and bed and bed sheet are so dirty.

Dirty roaches in room. Lobby ceiling is being held up by two by four wood So it won't cave in. It's dangerous when walk in lobby...

so much black mold in shower, ceiling falling down, smoke alarm hanging from hole in ceiling. pool was not uncovered so there was no pool as advertised. if i thought i could of gotten my money back we would of left.

Security latch was broken and room was overall dirty. Some windows were boarded up and/or broken.

No breakfast

The deadbolt did not lock and the security lock was dismantled. We didn't feel safe and left. The manager didn't have alternative two-bed rooms (which we reserved and needed) and refused to credit the payment only after about ~20 minutes. We were very disappointed and drove away from Oklahoma City.

they were rude and nasty and no english and had to wait almost hour to check in

Booked online,went to hotel,waited for like 30mins before anyone attempted to help us,when the man at the desk finally came up,he was extremely rude,he didn't show our reservation in his computer, but the money was taken off my card,was not helpful at all,told me his hotel is NOT affiliated with any booking sites,does not make sense at all!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
