"Find somewhere else to stay!"

Room smelt like smoke, suppose to be non smoking. Forced to sit outside the room with doors open to air out the room. Carpets old and very poor house keeping. Needed to get my cards reset 3 times. Reception had a strong smell from ethnic cooking. Had to ask reception for ice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

They need new blankets, bed linens and drapery in the rooms as the curtains had a tear, the blankets were full of holes and the bed linens were quite worn. However the room was clean and the continental breakfast was very good and the breakfast room very clean.

The place is VERY Clean, the manage was very nice. He keeps a close eye, out for any trouble too. We we’re sitting in our room one evening, a man tapped on my window and the manage was right there right away! Told the guy to move on. My Mom was a little rattled, my stomach jumped but I was fine after I saw the manage come right away. I felt safe!!!we would stay here again.

When we checked in we were asked how many of us there was and if we had any pets. It was 2 adults and our 20 month old son. We explained we had no pets as it's an additional charge. The day after we checked in, we went to the local park for our son to play and when we returned back, we could not access our room with either card we had. I went to the front desk and they locked us out intentionally saying that the cleaning staff told them we had an animal in our room. We were very upset to say the least after telling them that we don't even own a pet!!! The cleaning lady who went in our room didn't even clean anything (no fresh towels, emptied garbage.....nothing!) We felt like we were just being spied on! We will never return to this hotel again. Also, the hotel is located on a EXTREMELY busy highway and could here semi-trucks and traffic going at all hours. It was 4 nights of not sleeping.

"Nice halfway point to Dawson Creek"

Stopped here for night going to Dawson Creek. Nice half way point from the coast. Close to Mr. Mikes for dinner as well as Safeway and other restaurants. Our TV was not working and after the manager playing with it without success the gave us a better room so we were happy.

"Exceptional"

This place has the best pool. Indoor, warm, big and clean. Unfortunately it was closed for Reno’s. I hope it continues to be the same as before.
