Needs a remodeling!

Comfortable pillows. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Furniture was visibly dirty and stained. The vanity was covered in dirt or chocolate, we had to wipe down.

The hotel is in desperate need of updates. Floors, both carpet and laminate were filthy. The air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. I had to ask for anything I needed, including cleaning the room. We stayed a month and they only came around twice to see what we needed. They had two fire drills, which we were not notified prior, which scared my doggie terribly. The pool was not open at all, due to “a crack in the concrete”. There is nowhere to sit outside. The landscaping is deplorable. The side door was left unlocked the entire time so anyone could walk in. The breakfast was rarely ready on time. They charged us $300 for my small dog to stay, which they did not have to clean up after inside or out. There is no refund for a reason, once we got here and saw the unacceptable state of this hotel, it was too late to leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, human or animal.

The size of the room was great.

The sofa was saggy and faded- smelled musty. The room had cobwebs and dust all over. Smelled stale with a heavy scent of cleaning product. The towels were faded.Pool had green water.

Halls were smelly, musty. Rooms felt the same way. We had two room suit, with sofa bed. Sofa bed was broken
