"Nice enough hotel"

The hotel was perfectly reasonable. The room was comfortable, however there was a slightly stale odour hinting the room could do with a deep clean. The TV was also quite awkwardly located. The fitness room was well equipped, but wasn't regularly maintained (towels weren't replenished for two days, clock was wrong by an hour). Breakfast was generally good, nice range of hot and cold options.

"Very poor"

The room smelt. When I complained was told they have no other rooms and sent someone to spray the room. Despite that in an hour the room had the same bad stench. Unacceptable!
