"서비스 엉망인 최악의 호텔"

룸 청소를 1주일에 한번씩 함. 타올 수건 교체를 고객이 직접 가지고 가야만 바꿔 줌. 6월 17일에는 낮에는 무슨 공사한다면서 하루종일 수돗물을 일방적으로 단수해 버려서 화장실 사용도 못함. 8일 투숙 기간 중 완전 서비스 엉망인 호텔. 두번 다신 가고 싶지 않은 호텔임

Everything was nice. From the staff to the oversized rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room was cold. We didn't see how to control the room temperature.

Never got to it! They called when we was 1/2 way into our 5 hr trip at 11:30 pm to let us kno that they had a over booking & or reservation needed to be cancelled!
