Extended Stay America Suites - Chantilly - Dulles

Although property seemed used it was very clean with friendly staff!

The distance from the Dulles convention center and was fairly clean. Had a room with bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was not too bad.

Lack of items in the kitchen. Some utensils would have been nice. Some cups. But not a deal breaker. Also more TV channels would have been nice.

Loved that it had a stove and larger fridge

One is supposed to buy with complete confidence with you and go safely to the hotel, but this particular hotel takes 50 dollars from you to enter, which they say they will later return.But if by chance you don't have them, you're left on the street because even if you've paid for your stay, they won't let you in.

The parking lot is small and we had to park on the street at our own risk of being towed. Great perk for customers. Tiny bar of soap. Tiny tiny bottle of shampoo. Room was decent. Toilet looked like a gorilla had beaten on it all night. Not worth what you pay at all.

Parking is terrible.

We had to go to Dulles Airport in the morning and location was really good. The staff members are very very kind. Even though the elevator was out of order, they helped us to carry out our luggage.

We were told expedia overbooked and they don’t have any room to accommodate us. So we had to find another hotel at 9:30 pm and pay extra to stay for the night.

Felt like home. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Good for kids. Parking was pretty tricky, i had to park outside on the street as there were no spots available, and many others had to do the same.
