Oh goodness, where to start. Whatever your expectations, bring it down abit as this location has a few issues. From a room standpoint, mine smelled quite musty, and damp and using the "dry" function on the a/c helped some, but not a whole bunch. Most of the furnishings showed some wear and tear( chipped countertop, cracked wood on the desk corner, damaged lampshade, age/rust on metal in bathroom etc.) that, while not completely horrible, was something of a theme for the overall upkeep of the building. My biggest complaint is that the door to my room wouldn't shut on its own power completely, hanging up on the frame. I spoke to one of the staff, and they did send someone to look at it, and when I pointed it out, the response was along the lines of " oh yeah it always does that", which I think would be a theme for the hotel. Some preventative and general maintenance would go long way for this place. Most of the staff are very pleasant, which is always nice.

I checked in on Thursday September 11,2025. The front desk clerk was very nice kind and professional. I don’t know where to start actually. I don’t know if I’m more disappointed with the overflow of people who smoking drugs outside my window or the lack of housekeeping services. The overflow of trash that collected in my room the lack of attention the housekeeper failed to give. Then on my second day I asked for towels she gave me two blue towels for me and three kids. I had to walked downstairs to the front desk only to find out that they were pool towels. The pool was not even open. Front desk clerk gave me towels.The dishwasher had food residue stuck to the bottom with no dishwasher tablets. No linen changed nor services offered. When I got ready to check out on Sunday housekeeping came to the door around 10am and asked if we were checking out. When I asked her why hadn’t she been to the room for the past four days she stated that she didn’t know she had to come until today. I don’t know what would make her think that or who even told her that. I was not satisfied with my stay. I even had to go downstairs to get additional trash bags to bag my own trash up. It was very disgusting!! I even had to send my son downstairs because we ran out of toilet paper. Overall horrible stay.

I travel and stay in hotels 4 to 5 nights out the week with Marriott or Hilton. I've never been in a Marriott hotel and felt like I was in a motel. Walk into the room the smell was unbearable. I had to pull out my BBW room spray and sprayed twice. First step in my sneakers were sliding across the floor. Like they cleaned out with a oily substance. The walls were dirty. The steel in the bathroom and kitchen was rusted the corners in the bathroom were dirty. I could see blonde hair still on the floor. The towels weren't white and paper thin. It was so bad I wore 2 pairs of socks. I had to push and pull the door to open and close. The pool from my room view was so cloudy and dirty. This was the worst stay I've had in years. And I'm not to hard to please but they not even trying at this point. On top of all that they TV wouldn't work. I'm just ready to go......
