Everything was nice but the pool was out of order and our church kids had raised money for this trip through fundraisers and had hoped to enjoy swimming was part of the trip.

Front desk was amazingly helpful Breakfast lady was beautiful inside and out. She exuded southern charm. Very welcoming

Pool was green for both days we were there so we were unable to swim.

Checked in, pool not open, in July, due to chemical in balance. Doors to external buildings were not locking. Doors would not lock and had to sleep with latch only due to malfunction and no clear answer on when it would be fixed. Management did not offer a solution or any compensation for the unsafe room locking conditions. Family of 7 was only allowed 2 towels and next restock was the following afternoon. Floors were grimy and filthy.

The location was great

The smell was horrible,the carpet in the room was sour and we had to go purchase air freshener and febreze

The door to enter the suite was very difficult to open and close, the carpet was torn up, the remote to the tv had dead batteries, and the tv wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. The breakfast was decent after I had to ask for syrup for the waffles. The staff was very friendly though so it wasn’t completely unbearable.

The door to our room was messed up and did not lock spoke with front desk about having it looked at and no one ever showed up!!

When we checked into our room we noticed an issue with the door and not wanting to shut, door was damaged and wouldn’t lock properly. We spoke to management and they said they would have maintenance check it maintenance never showed to check it. We spoke again to management and they were going to refund us $100 of our stay. They said they showed where it was processed on their end and booking.com would have to do something on there’s for us to receive the refund. Booking.com says because we paid at the property they should be able to process it but if they won’t and are unable to get answers from them they will credit us $100 of the stay!!
