Nothing really

With 4 Star accommodation you do not expect portable air-conditioning with pipes going out the windows & the noise from it ...or a shower curtain in the ensuite. The rooms are very musky & smell also the external location and surrounding areas are dirty & over crowded 😑

"Amazing tower suite, located in the hearth of Zurich."

Location was excellent in the hearth of Zurich, everything was in a walking distance, and if you wanted to go further, really close to public transportation. Tower suite is something else, if you have the possibility, book it, the wiev from room is great, it is spacious, has nice AC, which came in handy since it was 30 degrees outside.

Breakfast could have more options for hot plates, but otherwise nothing to add.

Mycket centralt. 7 min promenad från Zürich tågstation. Mitt i Gamla stan med underbara gränder. Restauranger så nära, väldigt trevlig personal. Älskade allt med hotellet!

Konumu çok çok iyi. Otelden çıktığınız anda her türlü imkanın içindesiniz. Oda temizliği kusursuz. Yatak çok rahat. Odada playstation olması oğlumun çok hoşuna gitti. Terasta verilen kahvaltı gayet iyiydi ve kruvasan inanılmaz lezzetliydi. 2-3 dk’lık yürüme mesafesinde özel bir kapalı otopark olması da bizim için kolaylık oldu. Çok çok teşekkürler Wellenberg.

"Great hotel with a lot of history."

Right in the heart of the Old Zürich city. Everything is in walking distance. Very clean and great staff. Very good breakfast

It is important to note that there is no parking at the hotel for a rental car. However it would be very difficult to drive in Old Zürich History due to the congestion.

"Overall value for money, with pleasant and helpful staff."

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent lounge area, with free coffee pod machine. Able to keep bags safe on departure date, with free use of the lounge.

Quality of breakfast items were very good. However, very limited. Sadly, there were additional charges for certain items, not mentioned at booking time, ie fried eggs, pancakes etc. Bathroom facilities, slightly on the small size for a family room. Bath plug broken, use of shower over bath only. Problem reported, could not be fixed at time of stay.
