TownePlace Suites Houston Northwest

We used this for a 1 night stopover, check in was easy even at 10pm, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the living area, all good and very clean. We didn't use any kitchen facilities however they all seemed ok. Breakfast was included in the price and was very very good with a good range of hot and cold food, juice machines, coffee machine and even a self service waffle maker. Onsite free parking and an outdoor pool too. The property is right behind a good sized shopping plaza which also has some restaurants and fast food outlets.

Everything was as expected or better.

El desayuno esta bien. La persona que lo atiende a veces no esta al pendiente de si falta huevo y se tarda en traerlo. La ubicación es muy buena por eso lo escogi

El cuarto tenia un desperfecto en el baño , el primer cuarto esta mejor que el segundo. El segundo cuarto le faltaba secadora y mesita para poner la maleta y cuando les pedi eso, me dijeron que ya no tenían, tuve que pedir que me trajeran esas cosas del otro cuarto. Un día no hicieron el aseo de mi cuarto ni tendieron la cama

A little out dated. Both front desk workers were excellent. Breakfast was disappointing. I had a king bedroom and the Tv was in a weird place. I couldn’t watch it in bed. Decent location.

All of the staff: Daysha, Krystal, Valerie, Imani, and 2 more who work the front desk(sorry I can’t remember their names) are amazing! They are all kind, and genuinely care about their guest! Thank you all for your kindness and caring!

I have been here for over a month. My stay has been as good if not better than when I first checked in, the staff is amazing.

Staff was great

The only thing I didn’t like was, when asked room service or no, I said know and I came back to hotel to housekeeping in my room!

It was quiet and close to where we needed to be

The staff at the front desk Valerie and Imani are great! As are both managers! I can’t say enough of how pleased I am with customer service!!!’

Meeting all the expectations for a business trip—efficient service, quiet comfort, and reliable connectivity. I’d definitely consider staying here again for future work-related travel.
