The location was about as good as it gets.

There was only one functional elevator, and it could take 10 minutes to get from one floor to the next. We had had a wheel chair and it is there are sometimes stairs on the same level (floor 5 for us). This presented challenges.

Fantastic location

I had a broken bed where the springs were poking into my back. The hotel didn’t have any other rooms and basically told me to lump it and not sleep for the night… One of the two lifts was broken for 2 of my 3 day stay resulting in lots of walking up stairs and spending a fair amount of time squeezed in with cleaning carts in the lift.
