Great location for my requirements - staff were really lovely and helpful . Room comfortable . Breakfast good .

The weather was good whilst I was there and I had a front rooming facing the street - the bar opposite got very busy in the evenings and was quite noisy as a result . But this is not the hotels fault .

We have stayed several times, it is in a good location near to the Metro Station

If you gave a room at the front of the hotel its very noisy from the bars & restaurants & the pub gardens round and about the hotel

It was clean

Front rooms are above outdoor bar area v noisy. Previously stopped in back room facing lane which was great. Checked out forgetting a bag of new clothes in room at cost 230 pounds. Few hours later that day contacted hotel requesting to identify and confirm that bag has been identified and will be stored for pick up. After several requests for assistance advised bag was not identified. Conclude the bag (contents of 230 pounds) was stolen by staff. Sad end to stay
