Staff were good 👍 the restaurant accommodated a large party a very short notice

Can’t use the spa after you check out without an extra charge

The spa facility is amazing we’ve been back 3 times for the spa alone, the open to the outside for the heated pool really helps. Several different steam rooms, sauna, pool ect is great I also appreciate the separate changing rooms. The bar is super cute and chill.

The food, we paid £100 for a meal we didn’t touch the steak was stone cold and cost £40 ish Breakfast is meh, one breakfast I couldn’t eat due to the smell of wet dog but that was when the restaurant was being re vamped and we had to have breakfast in a different place. Everytime we go now we don’t get breakfast included as the coffee place does great toasties so I’d go there if you want something to eat.

The room was nice

Spa was dirty, overcrowded and the rented towels and robes smelt. The hotel bar food was poor and had to send it back. I complained and have been told multiple times it’s being looked into and still no one has come back to me. We stayed 2 hrs in total. Really ruined our 18th wedding anniversary
