Grounds well maintained Check in with Josh clear and professional One facility didn’t work but to be expected

All other staff awful and moody on appearance from a distance alone! Had a late check out and met the maid inconveniently at normal check out time with no apology Then went to the spar and was made out to be a liar about this checkout there too Asked for the manager and she was a child Pathetic end to a great stay The staff may look ok but in reality they are shocking. Many people were in the same boat causing drama between couples and staff Was a bargain Never ever again even if I was given a nights stay complimentary for their incompetence Shame! 😳

Spa was included in the room hire which added a lot of value.

The fabric of the place is a bit tired in places but it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful We didn't go for breakfast as not included. £18 per person on the day sounded like a lot.
