Overall ok

Poor on arrival. No real help offered for early check in or to leave bags until I could check in. TW.

Very good hotel, well connected to Basingstoke town by bus

Absolutely lovely stay the receptionist was so help full changed our room as my mum cant do stairs he was so helpful and polite and friendly. All staff were very friendly.

Room was clean. Food not great, limited choice and some items very greasy

Not sure i would stay again. Although probably my fault i had no windows in room, hence it was really hot. There was a awful green light on all night, It was like daylight. The bed was not overly comfy but didn't really matter as couldn't sleep due to bright green light. Visited Gym and most things seemed to have out of order signs on them, good job I didn't go to use it

Had a great time. Really friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym and pool. Good room for the price. Would recommend if looking for a budget for break.

Place seemed nice enough although it's got bad ratings. I suppose people book through hotels, see the pool and fitness centre but when you turn up and you have to pay £4, that just stinks. That time it down to a 3 star rating but the amazing food I had in the restaurant took it back up to 4 stars. Just put the price up a couple of quid and give everyone access for Freeman's
