Nos mudaram no terceiro dia para um apartamento menor mas com terraço e foi muito bom

Nós dois primeiros dias o ar condicionado do apartamento não estava funcionando perfeitamente no tocante a refrigeração

Our 7-night stay at Hotel Britania was simply perfect! Not only is the hotel a gorgeous, historic building, but it is also well located near Avenida da Liberdade. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable which helped us have a good night’s sleep. The bath towels were big and absorbent. The room was very spacious and quiet, even though we were facing the street. The afternoon tea/coffee with pastries were very much appreciated! Oh, we really enjoyed the Porto wine in our room and in the bar, as well as the Ginginha! However, the most important part of this whole experience is because of the staff. Every single person who we met made our stay very special! THANK YOU, Sônia, Sabrina, Vítor, Vanderlei, Daniel, Clementino, José, Graça, Ane, Tatiana, Larissa e Miguel! Hopefully we’ll see you all soon!

A equipe é excelente, entrei como hospede e sai como amiga. Chegamos as 8h00 da manhã e anteciparam o check-in, sem cobrança alguma, inclusive o cafe da manha daquele dia. Minha Mãe precisou ir ao hospital, quando voltamos havia um vaso de flores com uma msg desejando melhoras. O carinho e atençao genuinos nos conquistaram. Vamos voltar! E recomendo de olhos fechados.

Hotel Britania has an incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and highly courteous team. The architectural surroundings transport one to the era of art deco elegance from the wooden clad bar to the curling marble and silver clad staircase to the uncovered frescoes. The rooms are equally period-perfect and beautifully kept. A Port wine nightcap before plunging into the comforting pool of a California King topped-off the experience. This team provides and extraordinary pampered experience!
