"Nice hotel"

I love the modern take in the room. The room was also much larger than most hotel rooms. The couch gave it a homier feeling. It is always nice when you have seating options in the room. I also really loved all the seating options throughout the hotel.

The bed was not very comfortable. Quite hard and stiff. There was also some black mold in the bottom of the shower.

Breakfast was very ordinary most dishes were greasy

The AC in the room was very loud and uncomfortable and a light from behind the TV possibly from the router kept flashing all night The nights were not restful

"The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I did not enjoy my stay."

I liked the staff and the atmosphere. The hotel was beautiful.

I did not like my bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the blanket was not long enough. The pillows were flat. When I went to take a bath I could not find a stopper and no one at the front desk could assist me.

Absolutely delighted with front desk and restaurant. The signature Michigan cocktails were clever and delicious. The chef created a yummy vegan dinner for me at my waiter Liz’s suggestion. Delicious and decadent!

Gracious and friendly. Loved the bar area. Attended the Ascension Friends Ball at Novi Showplace and the lady bartender even took a photo of me in my gown while I was waiting for the limo to pick me up.
