The location and the staff. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They do above and beyond for the clients.
The facility is outdated. the carpet of the lift is too old and smelly. Some of the toilet doors cannot be locked. The food is the same every day. if you are staying for a week, you eat the same food for 7 days.

La piscine et l'accueil à la réception.
La nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout et le personnel au restaurant sont aux petits soins des groupes de vacanciers mais ils négligent les individus hors groupes. Le manque de transat au niveau de la piscine, le.manque de matelas des transats au niveau de la plage. Le bruit de l'air climatisé dans la chambre malgré les efforts du personnel de l'entretien et les dégâts des eaux la dernière nuit.
