Room was not clean/ was dusty

Le calme et la proximité des parcs. La chambre est spacieuse.

L’hôtel pouvait être un peu loin des endroits animés (restaurants, commerces,…) mais c’est pour mieux apprécier le calme.

This is a beautiful, old hotel with a lot of character. Our room was spacious for 3 and still cozy. Having a free shuttle to and from the hotel was a bonus.

It is a beautiful hotel situated right on the edge of the park. The staff were generous and helpful and it was immaculately clean. The Japanese restaurant meal was delicious.

I wish I had known about the amazing guest bus service to and from the station.

Faded elegance - great bar and the Japanese restaurant in the modern wing was very good

ホテルの環境はクラシックな雰囲気で良かった。

若草山の山頂からホテルへ戻る際、タクシーを呼んでも来なかったのでホテルへ電話しタクシーを呼んてもらう様にお願いしましたが、この様なサービスはなかったのでビックリしました、とっても残念です。 新館を予約しましたがお部屋に入った瞬間、以前宿泊された方の匂いが酷かった、新館他のお部屋にも匂いがありましたので旧館に変更にしてもらいました。お部屋の変更に案内してくれった男性スターフは愛想もなく無表情でイライラしているじゃないかと感じました。 いろんな国のお客様が宿泊するので、もっとこの様な細かい事を注意して頂けば助かります。
