My issue is I pay with a different credit card upon arrival every time and this time the front desk person didn't bother asking she gave some story that her boss said to use what was on file. Funny she didn't ask anyone anything while we were checking in she just did it and was not friendly about it at all. I'm not a very happy customer and I stay at your hotel at least 4-6 times a year and I know how it works and for her to tell me some BS story like that it pissed me off. Plus I'm really tired of her eating while checking me in.

"Worst stay I’ve ever dealt with."

Urine on toilet when I arrived to room. Front desk had to come clean. The floor didn’t look clean and the restroom mirror was dirty. There was hair all over the restroom and shower.

Lots of noise after 10. Strange sounds coming from rooms. Lights not user friendly

Stayed there with my bestie before my wedding and it was perfect! Just check if your windows are locked bc ours wasn’t and neither was my sisters in another room lol so be careful and there NO ELEVATOR lol anyways yea peace out
